The four paths

Company

Build

We don’t consult. We build the business and hand you the keys.

Brand, platform, payments, operations, and launch, engineered as one system. Eight weeks. Then you run it.

Who this is for

Founders who need a company, not a slide deck.

You have the idea and the market

You do not want to assemble a freelancer stack and hope it becomes a business.

You have customers waiting

You need a live system that takes money, not a prototype on a staging URL.

You will operate it

We build and hand over. You own the IP, the code, and the brand on day 56.

You want one owner

One brief, one team, one timeline. Not an agency, a developer, and a marketer who never meet.

What’s included

Everything required to open the doors.

Brand and positioning

Name, identity, and the story the market hears first.

The technical build

Platform, app, or system. Production, not a demo.

Operations

Payments, workflows, and the admin tools you will actually use.

Launch

Go live with a working, marketed system, not a soft launch that never hardens.

First customers

Initial acquisition setup so week one is not silence.

Thirty days after

We stay close. Bugs, questions, and the first real users.

Where we have built

The same eight-week machine, different industries.

  • Commerce and retail
  • Local services
  • Education
  • Logistics
  • Health
  • Financial services

Eight weeks

From brief to a business you can run.

  1. 01 · Week 1

    Discovery

Business model, technical scope, and what “done” actually means.

  2. 02 · Weeks 2 to 6

    Build

Engineering, brand, and operations in parallel, not in sequence.

  3. 03 · Week 7

    Launch

Live to real users. Payments on. Support channel open.

  4. 04 · Week 8+

    Handover

You operate it. We stay on the line for thirty days.

Work

Builds that opened for business.

We ran a 3-day discovery sprint, locked the scope, and began sprint 1 on day 4. The team ran parallel workstreams: React Native frontend, Node.js + PostgreSQL backend, Paystack and Flutterwave payment gateway integrations, and an internal admin panel built on a Next.js dashboard. By week 7 we were in TestFlight beta with real users.

LMS for professional training institute

Literesults built a custom LMS on Next.js with a headless CMS backend, optimised for non-technical administrators. Alongside the build, we ran a parallel digital skills programme for three of the client's staff: content management, student communications, and basic data reporting. By launch day, the client team could operate the system without us.

Investment

Priced for the system. Quoted after a call.

We will not put a fake number on this page. Complexity, stack, and how much of the commercial setup you already have change the cost.

On a strategy call we write a scope and a fixed number. You get that number in writing. You do not get a guess from a landing page.

Revenue before Day 90

“Literesults built the whole business for us - brand, platform, WhatsApp sales flow. We were generating real revenue before the 90-day mark.”
Amaka Nwosu
Founder, LagosCart (acquired 2024)

Let us scope the business.

One hour. A written proposal. Then we either start or we don’t.

Most builds follow an 8-week timeline: Discovery (Week 1), Build (Weeks 2–6), Launch (Week 7), Handover and Support (Week 8 onward).
You own and run the system. Ongoing costs depend on your tech stack. Monthly retainer options are available if you want continued development or marketing support.
You do. All intellectual property including code, brand assets, and content is transferred to you in full at handover.
